About
Know what your audience sees.
Understand what performs, what gets noticed and what comes next.

We built Phainos because we were running the campaigns ourselves, and nothing could tell us why any of it worked.
- 2020
The studio behind it
Phainos grew out of HY.AM STUDIOS, a creative studio from Berlin founded in 2020. The studio creates brands, campaigns and experiences across culture, fashion, beauty and sport. Phainos grew from the social work we were already doing.
- Late 2025
We built the first version for ourselves
While running our own social growth and community work, we wanted a better way to spot opportunities, reflect on what was happening and see what changed. The prototype gave us a way to learn from the work as we did it, and became the foundation for what came next.
- Mar 2026
Creator campaigns became part of the picture
As the work expanded to creators, we built tracking for the full campaign: who posted, what they posted, how it performed and whether it matched the brief. That work became Creator Tracking, the next part of the platform.
- Apr 2026
We learned to watch, not just read
Capture came first, then transcription, then the audience underneath the post. Then we measured the thing properly: across our own work, more than 90% of the content where a brand was visible on screen never named that brand in a caption or a hashtag. Read only the words and almost all of it is invisible.
- Jun 2026
We started reading culture beyond the campaign
For the World Cup, we built a public read on how the tournament was moving across social. We looked beyond individual brands to track the players, creators, formats and cultural stories gaining attention. That work became the foundation for Market Intelligence.
- Now
The platform keeps getting better
Phainos is still being shaped by live work. Every project gives us another question to solve, another signal to connect and another way to make the system more useful to the people using it.
Bring us your hardest question.
If there is something about your brand, category or audience that your current tools cannot answer, that is where we start.
