Creator Tracking by Phainos

Every post, reel and story, while it counts.

Track every creator post across Instagram and TikTok, check delivery against the brief, and act before the campaign closes.

The campaign is live. The reporting is a spreadsheet.

A brand briefs a roster, ships the product and signs off the fees. Creators start posting. Someone on the team collects links and screenshots into a sheet that is out of date the day it is shared. Stories expire overnight. By the time the wrap report arrives, there is nothing left to change.

  • A runner accelerating across a blue court in warm motion blur

Who has delivered, and who is quietly behind?

Every creator's output against what they signed up for, current rather than chased.

  • An extreme close-up of a creator wearing mirrored performance eyewear

Did that story go up, and can we prove it?

Stories captured inside their 24 hours and kept after they expire.

  • An athlete serving on a blue court photographed from above

    Which posts matched the brief?

Each post is classified and given a clear brief match.

  • A creator wearing performance eyewear and technical apparel while holding a football

Is a creator we pay also showing a competitor?

Every brand visible in the content, not only yours.

Three phases. One live campaign

Phase one

Before the campaign

We onboard the roster in bulk, set the campaign window and attach the brief. We also set up the classifications used to organise the content and check each post. Creators install nothing because capture runs on public posts.

Phase two

While it runs

Posts, reels and stories are captured as they publish, including stories inside their 24 hour life. Each piece is classified and checked for a brief match on arrival, so gaps show up while there is still time to act.

Phase three

After it closes

Collaborations are credited to every participant and campaign totals count each post once. Delivery, performance, classifications and brief matches roll up per creator for the final campaign view.

What lands on your desk

  • A runner moving through a green woodland setting

    A live roster view

Every creator on the campaign, with what they owe, what they have posted and who is behind.

  • A group of athletes framed at different depths in a color editorial portrait

    Creator performance and audience fit

Each creator's contribution and audience demographics in one place, including whether they reached the demographic goals for the campaign.

  • Two road cyclists accelerating together along a winding coastal road

    Every story, kept

Stories captured inside their 24 hours, so delivery on the format creators use most can still be shown next month.

  • A tennis player walking across a clay court with a pale yellow towel

    Content classification and brief match

Each post is organised by the classifications you use and checked against the brief. Your team can review or correct the result.

    The campaign deck

An exportable readout of delivery, audience fit, content classifications and brief matches, with practical lessons for the next campaign.

Building with adidas

Three activation pilots in 2026, each bigger than the last. Most recently: the Adizero Dropset Pro launch in London, where we tracked the event's social impact and how creators helped carry the message beyond the event itself.

Creators tracked
200+
Attendees checked in
500+
Pieces of content captured and attributed
2,000+

“The tracking gave us a much clearer picture of the impact our event had on social, beyond what we could see on the day.”

Frequently asked questions

Can’t find what you’re looking for?

What is influencer campaign tracking?

Influencer campaign tracking collects the posts, reels and stories published by your creator roster, then brings delivery, performance, content classifications and brief matches into one campaign view.

Do creators need to install or authorise anything?

No. Creator content is captured from public surfaces, so the roster can be tracked without asking every creator to connect an account.

What happens with collaboration posts?

A collaboration is analysed once and attributed to every participant, so each creator gets credit while campaign totals avoid counting the same post twice.

Can we track creators we are not paying?

Yes. Organic UGC and paid roster creators are tracked the same way, which is usually how brands find out who is already advocating for them.

How do you check whether a post matches the brief?

Each post is classified and checked against the brief you issued. The result shows whether it matches, and your team can review or correct it when needed.

Can you analyse influencer audience demographics?

Yes. Audience demographics are compared with the goals set for the campaign, so you can see which creators reached the people you intended to reach.

Can you analyse comments on creator posts?

Yes. We analyse comments for sentiment and recurring topics, showing how audiences responded to each creator and what the campaign can learn from that response.

Can this replace a creator campaign tracking spreadsheet?

It replaces the manual work of collecting creator links, saving stories and updating delivery in a spreadsheet. The live campaign view keeps the roster, content, performance, audience fit and brief matches together, then produces a report for the wrap meeting.

What if a creator deletes a post?

If it was captured before deletion, it stays in the record with its metrics at capture time. That is usually the difference between being able to prove delivery and not.
