Phainos

Social Growth

Know which of your own posts worked, and why.

See which themes, formats and products perform across your Instagram and TikTok channels, then use those patterns to plan what comes next.

A single post tells you what happened. Patterns tell you what to make next.

A better brief for next month

Make more of what grows

Know which ideas deserve another month.

We turn the history of your owned channels into a practical read on what is worth repeating. Your next content plan starts with evidence, not the loudest post in the review.

A finding people can use

Make reporting useful again

Stop debating which post was the winner.

See the themes and formats behind performance, then explain the difference in a sentence your team can act on. The conversation moves from ranking posts to making decisions.

One read across every account

Bring every market into the same conversation

See what one account has learned that the others can use.

A shared view across Instagram and TikTok gives regional and global teams the same vocabulary. Good work becomes transferable instead of staying trapped in one market's report.

A record that keeps getting better

Keep the moments you would otherwise lose

Stories still count after they disappear.

The short-lived work stays available when the team is ready to learn from it. You can look back at the full shape of a period, not just the pieces that were easiest to save.

What changes with a useful read.

Questions, answered

A better conversation starts with a better answer.

Which platforms are covered?

Instagram and TikTok, both for posts, reels and stories.

Do you need access to our accounts?

For owned channels we use the official platform APIs, which is what gives us the metrics only the account owner can see. That needs your authorisation, and you can withdraw it at any time.

Can the categories match the ones we already use?

Yes. The taxonomy is built per brand during setup, so it can mirror your existing content pillars rather than forcing a new vocabulary on your team.

How far back can you go?

As far as the platforms still expose. In practice that covers in-feed history well and stories not at all, since expired stories are gone for everyone. Story capture starts from the day we begin.

We run accounts in several markets. Is that one setup or several?

One. Multiple accounts sit in the same workspace on the same taxonomy, which is the point: it makes markets comparable instead of leaving each one to report its own way.
